The Role
Do you have some experience of care and are you looking for a job in care? We are looking for night care assistants to join the team at Laburnum Lodge.
Key duties include assisting with personal care, helping with managing night-time needs, eating and drinking, supporting mobility and comfort, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and responding to emergencies. You’ll also contribute to care planning, communicate effectively with individuals with varying needs, and work closely with NHS and Local Authority teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
You’ll support residents needing rehabilitation or assessment, helping them regain independence or transition to long-term care.

Shifts follow a set rolling rota with fixed shift lengths.

About You
We’re looking for individuals with experience in care, whether this is formal or informal! Above all, you must be able to demonstrate kindness, compassion, and respect when supporting our residents. Basic computer skills are essential, as you’ll be using digital systems to record and access care information.

Please note, Bolton Council is currently unable to offer sponsorship for these roles. Applicants must therefore have the Right to Work in the UK.
