Band 9 SCP 24-27 (£35,412 - £38,220 salary per annum - pro-rata to hours and weeks worked)We are seeking to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join Marchbank Free School on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes and monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development. The role will also involve management of other teaching assistants including allocation and monitoring of work, appraisal and training.Interviews Date: w/c 30th March 2026The Education Village Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
