We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised individual on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026. As the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a warm, positive, and welcoming environment. The role requires someone who can work Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm and Friday from 8am to 3.30pm, and while we hope to appoint one full time candidate, we are open to considering part time combinations for the right individuals. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy setting, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability, and excellent communication skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Wreake Valley Academy, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people. The ideal candidate will: • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Have good attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records. • Be reliable and able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times • Work as part of a team and can respond quickly and flexibly to changing demands. • Have good literacy and numeracy skills. • Be ICT literate and can use computer systems for a range of purposes.
