What the HE Administrator & Receptionist role looks like-You will play an important part in supporting students from their initial enquiry through to enrolment and beyond. Based on reception, you will ensure that visitors and students receive a professional and welcoming experience while also providing administrative support across the HE team.Your responsibilities as a Administrator & Receptionist:Providing a professional and welcoming reception service to students, visitors and staffResponding to enquiries in person, by phone and emailSupporting admissions and enrolment processesManaging enquiries and assisting with the conversion of leads to applicationsMaintaining accurate student records and updating college systemsSupporting events, interviews and student recruitment activitiesManaging ID badges, equipment loans and reception systemsProviding general administrative support to the HE teamAbout youWe are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and enjoys working with people. You will be confident handling enquiries, managing multiple tasks and supporting a busy team.Essential requirements include:Level 2 qualification in a relevant subjectGCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalentStrong administrative experience in a busy office environmentExperience providing customer-facing serviceGood IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlinesWhat we offer30 days annual leave (to be taken outside of term time) plus bank holidaysLocal Government Pension SchemeOpportunities for professional developmentA supportive and collaborative working environmentWorking hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Wednesday and 8:00am – 5:00pm Thursday and Friday.
