Join Our Team at Oasis Academy Warndon!We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Cleaning Operative to help us maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff and visitors. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our academy remains a place where children can thrive and learn without barriers.What You’ll DoAs a Cleaning Operative, you will:Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the academy.Take responsibility for cleaning your designated areas to consistently high standards. Use your initiative to carry out additional cleaning tasks when needed. Report cleaning stock requirements to the Facilities Manager. Follow all Health & Safety and quality procedures.Work effectively as part of our friendly cleaning team and support colleagues to meet shared goals.Liaise with the Operations Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure cleaning routines run smoothly alongside school events.
