About Us

Oxfordshire County Council’s Highway Agreements Team is at the leading edge of place making, overseeing the creation of thriving communities through the delivery of sustainable, high quality highway infrastructure.The team is involved in all aspects of the construction of new development highway and alterations to existing highway, from the planning stages, through technical checks, construction and all the way to final adoption.We are a dynamic team, who work closely with each other in a verysupportive, progressive, and dynamic environment.

About the Role

If successful, you will work in coordination with the Site Engineer team toensure that new roads and works to existing highway assets, are laid out and constructed in accordance with approved drawings, and to OCC and national design/construction standards, specifications and policies. You will work to ensure that high quality highways infrastructure is delivered effectively and efficiently.

You will be highly motivated, with a keen eye for detail and strong sense of customer focus, delivering the best possible experience to our stakeholders, customers and partners.You will be a good motivator and mentor for your team, providing qualityadvice and guidance, based on sound knowledge and experience.
