Join our commercial function in a role that blends analytical precision with creative flair. As our Portfolio Sales & Marketing Executive, you will provide vital support in expanding our market presence and driving portfolio-wide revenue. Your responsibilities are intentionally broad to keep you engaged: you will manage the strategic direction of our social media content, maintain proactive client relationships, and perform critical daily audits of group and corporate reservations. As a key contributor to our commercial strategy, you will be the primary voice bringing our brand to life and raising the profile of our properties across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Management

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify leads, new markets, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, developing tailored proposals to meet their specific needs.
  • Support the pitching of hotel services and products, clearly articulating our unique value proposition.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and agency visits to expand the brand’s reach.

Group Business & Revenue Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Revenue departments to facilitate seamless group booking execution.
  • Maintain an optimal inventory balance across the hotel portfolio.
  • Collaborate across hotel departments to ensure the on-the-ground delivery of bookings meets our high standards.

Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage a content calendar and create engaging posts, specifically for Instagram, to increase brand visibility.
  • Execute and monitor paid social media campaigns designed to drive engagement and direct bookings.
  • Oversee the production of sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring they reflect current branding.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Complete regular reports on corporate booking performance, revenue, occupancy, and market share.
  • Translate raw social media and sales data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Track progress against monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced environment. A core requirement of this position is the ability to leverage market intelligence to identify and capture growth opportunities.
