We're looking for a People Change Manager with strong HR technology and process optimisation experience to help evolve our People Operations function. This role focuses on improving HR systems (especially Workday), enhancing process efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering digital solutions that elevate how our organisation works.
Working with HR, Technology, and Data teams, you'll lead system changes, process redesign, and digital transformation projects that strengthen our employee infrastructure and operational performance.
As the People Change Manager you will:

Working in conjunction with the core Workday Tech Team to deliver technical configuration updates, ensuring business processes are continually optimised in line with the priorities of the Performance & Improvement Team.

Translate business needs into system requirements and support delivery of configuration changes.

Build project plans, timelines, business cases, and benefit realisation measures for digital and operational initiatives.

Manage end‑to‑end digital and operational projects across People Services, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring delivery against key milestones and governance standards.

Act as a guardian for People processes, ensuring they're clear, consistent, documented, and well‑governed.

Coach colleagues on process ownership and help drive continuous improvement.

Communicate change clearly and support user adoption through training and engagement.
To succeed as our People Change Manager you will bring:

Experience in HR technology and digital transformation projects.

Hands‑on Workday configuration experience (business processes, condition rules, troubleshooting).

Strong project management skills and experience delivering system/process improvements.

Confidence working with data, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of HR processes and employee data lifecycle.
