Your Housing Group has an opportunity for an experienced Night Site Supervisor based at our prestigious over 55’s retirement living village, Heyeswood in Haydock
The team at Heyeswood are all passionate about providing a fantastic level of service and support to our customers and the Night Site Supervisor plays a huge part in that!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do, keen to maintain high standards in their work, are punctual, reliable, and able to manage their time effectively.
What will my working week look like?
This is a part time role operating on 23.3 hours per week on a 3-week rota basis, as summarised below:
Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday 22:00 – 08:00
Week 2: Thursday, Friday 22:00 – 08:00
Week 3: Saturday, Sunday, Monday 22:00 – 08:00
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will supervise the building and facilities overnight, responding to housing emergencies and managing safety and security. You will ensure excellent customer service is achieved, performance is maximised, and all activity supports the achievement of Your Housing Group’s vision and is reflective of older people’s aspirations.
Other responsibilities of the role will be:
- Carry out internal and external patrols, along with the monitoring of security systems to maximise customer safety.
- Control access, ensuring all visitors sign in and out of the building.
- Deliver low level housing support to customers outside of normal working hours, ensuring around the clock access to staff, services, and facilities.
- Carry out communal cleaning and refuse management.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed, and fire alarm activations and other emergencies are dealt with effectively, maintaining a safe environment.
