Crynodeb
As aSalaried GP, you will: Provide high-quality clinical care to patients across all ages and clinical needs. Conduct consultations (face-to-face, telephone and, where agreed, video or online). Manage acute and chronic conditions, including long-term condition reviews and preventive care. Offer management of common presentations, womens health, childrens health, vaccinations, and clinical procedures as appropriate. Contribute to practice QOF performance, clinical audits, clinical governance and quality improvement activities. Training responsibilities Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, PCN colleagues) and engage with enhanced access services. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with practice policies.
