Machine Tool Service Engineer
Hampshire, United Kingdom (Full-Time, On-Site, UK travel)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team in Hampshire. This is a full-time, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, maintenance, and repair services for machinery and equipment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in diagnosing technical issues, delivering effective field service solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in machinery and equipment
• Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repair work both on-site and in the field
• Provide technical support to clients and resolve issues efficiently
• Interpret and work from electrical wiring diagrams
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
• Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams

Qualifications & Experience
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Experience delivering field service and on-site technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
• Proven experience in machine tools and industrial equipment
• Technical diploma or relevant engineering qualification is desirable
• Experience within the machinery or manufacturing industry would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant tools, diagnostic equipment, and software is beneficial
