Are you ready to become the friendly face at The Engine Room Sports Bar, welcoming guests with genuine warmth and positivity? As a
Customer Service Assistant, you’ll take and serve food and drink orders, ensuring every guest experiences prompt, attentive
service—whether they’re watching the big match or unwinding with friends. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll work
hand-in-hand with colleagues to deliver seamless service, even on the busiest match days and during special events.
Your confidence in sharing our menu, food ingredients, and drinks options will help guests make the perfect choice for their
visit. You’ll maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation by keeping tables spotless and resetting them with care.
Health, safety, and hygiene are top priorities, and you’ll be happy to pitch in wherever needed to support your team.
ABOUT YOU
* Barista training or experience is required
* A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but eagerness to learn matters most
* Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
* Calm and collected under pressure, with strong attention to detail
* Adaptable, approachable, and enthusiastic about joining a dynamic, growing team
* Applicants must be 18 or over due to licensing laws
