We’re looking for committed, customer focused individuals to join our vibrant team in the pools complex. If you’re a confident communicator with excellent people skills and hold the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, the post holders will play a key part in keeping our swimmers safe, supporting the smooth running of the Centre, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the pools complex. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to our community whilst working as part of a supportive team.
We have two positions available on a part-time basis, at 11 hours and 12 hours per week.
The centre operates from 6:00am to 10:30pm, including weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is a must.
Please note should sufficient applications be received prior to the closing date, we may close the role for applications early.
Chelmsford City Council is committed to safeguarding vulnerable groups and expects all employees to share this commitment and have a range of policies and procedures in place which promote safeguarding and safer working practices across our services. The Council's Safer Recruitment process contains pre-employment checks which includes safeguarding training, obtaining references and ensuring compliance with Disclosure and Barring Service process.
