The Senior Staff Nurse plays a key leadership role within the organisation, acting as a leader, advisor, and role model to nursing staff.
They are responsible for ensuring that high standards of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised programmes of care are delivered safely and effectively within their clinical setting.
