We are seeking a committed Senior Business Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our team at one of our Disabled Children’s Home in Eastbourne. This role is pivotal in coordinating diaries, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the safe and efficient running of our home. As a Senior Business Administrator / Personal Assistant, you will help maintain safe staffing levels, improve compliance, and free up senior staff enabling them to focus on leadership, safeguarding, and the quality of care. Your work will support our care teams, ensuring scheduling is on time suiting everyone and accurate record-keeping to meet regulatory standards and to maintain emergency response timeframes.

The people we are looking for in this vital position will have:

- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high compliance standards.
