Education and Training Leadership You must be an approved GP Trainer (or imminently appointable) and will: Lead and develop our registrar programme, supporting 68 GP registrars Oversee training delivery across Ashbourne and Brailsford practices Provide clinical supervision, educational governance and trainer leadership Work closely with senior clinicians to ensure a high quality, supportive training environment quality, supportive training environment Governance, Policy & Quality This role will strongly appeal to a GP who enjoys: Clinical Governance, legislation and regulatory frameworks Writing, refining and embedding policy and Clinical Protocols/SOPs Translating national guidance into safe, workable local systems Leading quality improvement projects that genuinely improve care You will work closely with: The Standards Committee Clinical Governance colleagues HR & Compliance Manager The CEO and Managing Director as fellow Executive Officers and play a central role in shaping how Henmore delivers safe, compliant and high-quality care at scale.
