As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support her wellbeing, engage in her interests, and help her live life to the fullest. A genuine interest in her hobbies and a positive, enthusiastic approach are highly desirable. You will support her both at college and at home, assisting with learning, personal development, social activities, daily care needs, and encouraging independence. At night, you will provide attentive overnight care at home, meeting personal and clinical needs. This includes offering reassurance, comfort, and support if she wakes during the night, ensuring she always feels safe and secure.
