Crynodeb
Location: Flexible on location (commutable to London, Bristol or Solihull) - hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 35 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our Construction legal team in this exciting role following an internal promotion. You'll be providing essential support to our legal professionals across the business, helping maintain our legal resources and managing documentation. This opportunity is perfect for someone with experience in the construction/infrastructure sector or those looking for their first move in-house.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Paralegal, you'll be working within the Construction legal team, supporting them in providing essential legal services across the business. Your day to day will include:
-Updating Kier's suite of standard forms and playbooks with guidance from the team
-Creating content for our internal legal resource hub and assisting with training delivery
-Reviewing basic legal documents such as NDAs and collateral warranties against our standard positions
-Managing external legal fees and matter administration
-Writing correspondence and providing administrative support to the legal team
What are we looking for?
This role of Paralegal is great for you if:
-You have existing paralegal experience in the construction/infrastructure sector
-You're commercially minded and can translate complex legal concepts into simple language
-You have exceptional organisational skills and can prioritise requests from multiple stakeholders
-You nurture relationships at all levels and enjoy collaborative working
-You have knowledge of construction law and JCT/NEC contract forms
