            Waiter/Waitress or Bartender in London: The Role

            As Front of House staff, including Bar Staff and Waiting Staff, you’ll be the face of the venue - welcoming guests, supporting events, and helping deliver smooth, professional service.

            Your responsibilities will include:

            • Greeting and assisting guests, clients and visitors

              
              

              • Serving food and drink at formal and informal events

                
                

                • Keeping public and reception areas clean and welcoming

                  
                  

                  • Working confidently to site procedures and health & safety standards

                    
                    

                    What We’re Looking For

                    • Confident, friendly people who enjoy working with the public

                      
                      

                      • Reliable, punctual and adaptable

                        
                        

                        • Smart, professional presentation

                          
                          

                          • Comfortable using phones, booking systems or basic computer systems

                            
                            

                            • Previous customer service or FOH experience is an advantage
