Please refer to the attached job description. Key results areas include: Provide comprehensive, specialist clinical care and advice to patients in the Bone Marrow Transplant service. Work autonomously as a specialist practitioner, including administering, assessing, and prescribing medications within your scope of practice. Develop and deliver high-quality, practitioner-led clinics and support patients, families, and carers with sensitive and complex information. Work towards or maintain advanced practice through academic study (Level 7/Masters) and workplace-based training. Demonstrate and develop proficiency across clinical, leadership, education, and research pillars, supported by clinical supervision and ongoing professional development. Lead and supervise junior team members, support their wellbeing, and participate in recruitment, appraisal, and professional development. Act as a role model, uphold organisational values, and contribute to service improvement and clinical governance activities. Engage in personal and professional development, participate in higher education and self-directed learning, and contribute to the education of patients, families, and staff. Act as an educator within your scope and support a culture of learning within the team. Participate in research activities, audit, and service evaluation to enhance quality, safety, and effectiveness. Support the implementation of evidence-based practice and contribute to ongoing service review and improvement. Demonstrate compassion, respect, excellence, learning, delivery, and improvement in all aspects of work.
