Qualifications RGN/ODP Mentor/Assessor qualification at honours level or equivalent Experience Significant post registration experience within theatres /PACU Knowledge and Awareness Essential knowledge of your own speciality and current issues in health care An understanding of skills and knowledge required to develop self and team members Continued professional Development Demonstrates a clear understanding of budget management Awareness of own limitations. Skills and Abilities An ability to work within the peri- operative team and organise and prioritise own and others workload.
