Crynodeb
The post holder will lead on local and national procurement , reporting to and on behalf of our London based member trusts, participate in national finance and procurement data projects such supporting the delivery of the overall PTOM roadmap (Operating Target Model), Model Hospital and working with national bodies and organisations such as Arms Length bodies.. As such we expect the post holder to be familiar with national procurement initiatives, issues and challenges within NHS procurement and to have category knowledge or the ability to pick up NHS category knowledge quickly. It is expected that the post holder will be supporting member trusts in data driven decision making in procurement a number of our analytical projects are consulting projects where we actively communicate with our stakeholders and manage their analytical needs, consulting them on best practice where needed; as a result the post holder will need to be able to present the analytics team as a professional centre of excellence.
