Crynodeb
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification. The post holder will: Develop effective communication links with all key stakeholders associated with the RM Partners programme and individual projects, including multidisciplinary clinical teams, primary care commissioners and senior managers in the participating ICSs, acute hospital trusts, hospices and community services to facilitate provision and receipt of highly complex, sensitive or contentious information. Using excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills, ensure all stakeholders are aware of and engaged in the key RM Partners priorities and deliverables, within timescales and budget. Produce reports for the RM Partners governance groups, as well as to patient groups as required.
