Crynodeb
The post holders will carry out initial assessments and titrations of service users following agreed practice guidelines as part of a multi-disciplinary team and participate in the shared caseload of the team. As Non-Medical Prescribers, the post holders will be responsible for commencing medication, titration, and monitoring the effectiveness of selected treatment.
