Monday – Friday | 5:45am – 2:15pm (40 hours paid)
Temporary initially with potential for permanent employment

Travail Employment Group are recruiting Production Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Oakham. This role is initially temporary, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
You will be working at the final stage of the production process, assembling and finishing high-quality mechanical products as part of a supportive and experienced team.
The Role
As a Production Assembly Operative, your duties will include:
• Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks
• Fitting assembled components to complete the finished product
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Using hand tools, air-fed and pneumatic tools
• Assembling components and finished goods in a manufacturing environment.
• Working as part of a production line / final assembly team

Skills & Experience for Production Assembly Operative
We are looking for candidates who:
• Have experience working on a mechanical assembly or production line.
• Are mechanically minded and confident using hand tools.
• Have experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments.
• Can work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in production, assembly, engine production, flow line work, fitting, or engineering manufacturing would be highly beneficial.
