As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will provide day to day administrative support to the team by managing incoming enquiries via email, phone, and in person. You will act as a responsive and helpful point of contact, prioritising and appropriately dealing with or redirecting enquiries in a timely manner. You will also maintain up to date office, filing, and personnel systems, as well as stationery, stock, and equipment, proactively reporting any issues to support the smooth operation of the service.

About the role
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, including organising and interrogating bespoke information systems to ensure timely and accurate information is available for team members working on key projects and programmes.
Process invoices and payments accurately and within contractual timescales.
Assist with arranging meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and formatting reports and presentations.
Support the processing of documents, reports, and correspondence, and update the Service’s webpage, Centranet site, and SharePoint platform, to ensure accurate records are maintained, and information is easily accessible.
Help with organising events, training sessions, and projects as required.
Provide day-to-day support to the Business and Governance Officer.
About you
Maintain own personal development to meet the changing demands of the job, including undertaking appropriate training activities and actively participating in appraisals, objective setting and personal development plans.
The job holder may be required at any time to undertake any work up to and/or at a level consistent with existing responsibilities.
These tasks may be at any location in Cheshire East, to ensure the effective deployment of labour, materials, transport and equipment to meet daily service requirements.
