The Role
The Role
We are looking for a Business Change Analyst to support the Change Programme Manager in delivering Eastlight’s Change & Transformation strategy. This role is central to ensuring business needs are clearly understood, effectively analysed and translated into successful, strategically aligned change initiatives.
Working across multiple projects within a complex transformation programme, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, Process Owners, Service Leads and Technology Teams to shape and support the delivery of business change.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Change Team in the assessment, planning and delivery of projects aligned to Eastlight’s strategic objectives
Engage with stakeholders to understand, scope and define new project and change requirements
Ensure proposed initiatives align with the wider Programme Plan and organisational priorities
Produce high-quality documentation including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and service redesign
Apply Lean techniques to define problems, measure current performance, identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements
Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities within project workstreams and escalate where appropriate
Prepare clear reports, provide analysis and present findings to stakeholders at all levels
Act as a key link between business areas and Technology Teams, identifying cross-departmental impacts and supporting prioritisation and resource planning

- £56,520 per annum
- Permanent 37 hours per week
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
