Looking to secure an Early Years role ready for the Summer Term?

A welcoming and well-organised Primary School in Harrow is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from April.

This is a great opportunity to step into a structured and supportive EYFS setting where strong routines, positive relationships and clear expectations are central to daily practice.

Supporting children within Nursery or Reception

Delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework

Supporting early phonics and communication development

Helping maintain consistent routines and behaviour expectations

Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team

Encouraging independence and confidence in young learners

Experienced EYFS Teaching Assistants

Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioners

Support staff with Nursery or Reception experience

Individuals with a patient and nurturing approach

Graduates interested in early childhood education

Experience working within an EYFS setting

Understanding of early child development

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice

Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
