A rewarding full‑time teaching opportunity is available at a brand‑new SEN School in Northwick Park, Harrow, supporting pupils aged 7-16 with ASD, SEMH and associated needs. This is a chance to join an expanding team from the very beginning, with the school having opened in September 2025.
The Role
You'll lead a small KS2/KS3 class working at a KS1 level, with group sizes typically between 4 and 6 pupils. The class is verbal, and you'll be supported by a strong team that shares a child‑centred, therapeutic approach.
Pay between M1 and M6 outer London with SEN point available.
What to Expect
- Full‑time position, starting ASAP or following your notice period
- Highly personalised planning based on pupils' individual needs
- Minimal marking, allowing you to focus on meaningful progress
- A nurturing, collaborative environment where creativity and flexibility are valued
- The opportunity to shape the culture and practice of a new and growing school
Who This Suits
This role is ideal for someone passionate about SEN education, confident in adapting learning, and excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up.
We are happy to consider teachers with no special school experience but a keen interest in a different, rewarding role.
