The Role:

• Support the delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

  
  

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

  
  

• Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing

  
  

• Act as a key person, building positive relationships with children and parents

  
  

• Observe, assess, and record children’s development and progress

  
  

• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Holds a Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)

      
      

    • Has previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

      
      

    • Good understanding of the EYFS framework

      
      

    • Passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development

      
      

    • Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to obtain one
