Crynodeb
The Secured Loan Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hemel Hempstead. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients by identifying the most suitable loan options, maintaining excellent customer service, and fostering client relationships. Your day-to-day activities will include evaluating loan applications, liaising with lenders, conducting financial assessments, and ensuring accurate and timely underwriting processes. Regular communication with clients and team members is essential to ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process.
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Great telephone manner and the ability to be calm and engaging
Knowledge and experience with Loans and Finance processes desirable
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Underwriting and financial assessment an advantage
Ability to build positive relationships with clients and lenders
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for financial assessments
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in secured loans, finance, or lending is a plus
Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or related fields are an advantage but not compulsory as there is an option to do funded by company - CEMAP
