What we offer:
Pay from £13.00–£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h)
Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)
One-hour minimum visits – no rushing, time to build relationships
Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance
28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and pension scheme
Fully paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications
Carer awards, referral scheme, and a supportive, friendly team
About the role
You’ll provide care for children with complex needs, including medication, PEG feeding, epilepsy care, personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and social support.
Part-time, ad hoc shifts around school hours:
Weekdays: care visits between 7–9am & 4–8pm
Weekends: block hours available between 7am - 6pm
Extra hours if also supporting adults
We do require all our carers to work alternate weekends.
About you
Experience supporting children with complex needs (essential)
Driver with access to your own vehicle with business insurance
Empathetic, reliable, and confident working with families
