Working closely with our students, stakeholders, and employers, you will strive for continuous improvement and higher standards for the benefit of the whole community. We aim to do the ordinary things extraordinarily well.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a broad range of skills to be able to teach on our very successful courses including UAL Level 1 diploma in Art, Design and Media and UAL Level 2 Diploma in Art and Design. You will be delivering both industry skills and knowledge to our eager students.

Candidates should be proficient in Adobe photoshop or Procreate, as these are integral to course delivery.

Additionally, they should demonstrate competence in various creative and technical processes such as but not limited to:

Drawing, painting, and design principles
Understand colour theory, composition, perspective and anatomy.
Experience with various mediums
Knowledge of art history

These skills will not only enhance our learners’ academic journey but also prepare them for a successful career in interior design or architecture.

The successful candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, resilient and have an eagerness to seek out development opportunities for our courses. You will also be able to demonstrate an adaptive and flexible teaching style to support and stretch a diverse range of students.

Teaching experience and relevant qualifications are desirable although we are keen to hear from anyone with the right skills and is willing to engage in self-development.

It is essential that our courses reflect industry practices, and you will be key in driving course development to ensure it remains relevant and meets contemporary industry needs. You should also expect to provide prompt, accurate and detailed assessment of student work at key stages during the academic year.

This role is 37 hours per week, based at our Luton Campus. The closing date for applications is Friday 20th March 2026.

The successful candidate will join our team from August 2026.

You’ll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you’ll be encouraged to upskill.

We have a wide range of discounts and benefits including a cycle to work scheme, free on-site parking, pension, generous holiday scheme, and early finishes on a Friday.
