Crynodeb
You will ensure that all nursing care provided to the practice population is evidence based, relevant, of a high standard and effective. The practice nurse will undertake a range of nursing assessments, including chronic disease management and provide appropriate treatments. You will be supported by your nursing team, practice manager and Lead GP. You will be based at Padarn surgery. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
