This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident sales professional who thrives in a face-to-face environment and wants to maximise their earning potential.
We are recruiting for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at a busy destination site in Sleaford. Customers visit the site specifically to purchase our product, meaning you’ll be engaging with warm, motivated buyers every day.
You will be:
• Engaging with customers visiting the site
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Closing sales and consistently achieving weekly targets
• Delivering an excellent customer experience from enquiry to completion
• Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
To be considered for the role you will need:
• Proven sales experience is essential
• Strong face-to-face selling skills
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Professional and well-presented
This position is temporary to permanent.
You will be working 6 days per week (48 hours), this includes all weekend with 1 day off in the week (this can be flexible)
The wages are £624 per week basic pay with £150–£500 commission per sale and uncapped earning potential. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
