What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day financial administration, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with school policies and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, staff, and external agencies in a professional manner.
• Managing the recruitment process from ‘advert’ to ‘invite to interview’ along with on boarding safer recruitment checks.
• Provide general administrative support to the School Business Manager and wider team.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Is confident using finance and personnel software and Microsoft Office.
• Works well under pressure and can meet deadlines.
• Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team.
• Has previous finance or administrative experience (school setting desirable but not essential).
• A good sense of humour with a positive outlook
