HR Services Apprentice
We are currently looking for a HR Services Apprentice to joinSovini, part of The Sovini Group.

This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 24 months.
What You’ll Do: Job duties
As a HR Apprentice, you will support the HR Services team while developing your knowledge and skills across a wide range of HR activities. You will receive guidance and training to help you grow into the role, gaining hands‑on experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee support.
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need HR Experience —what matters is your attitude, willingness to learn, and transferable skills. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Key qualities that will make you successful in this role:
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently.
A positive approach to learning new systems and processes.
Customer service skills from any industry are a plus!

Apprentice rate - £15, 017.18
Hours – 36 per week (Monday-Friday).
Agile working –enjoy an agile working approach.
28 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 33 days after 5 years).
