ABOUT THE SERVICE:
We are looking for a Support Worker to join an experienced staff team at Jasmine House, Alton.
The job role will be working 39 hours per week, working alternate weekends required and working mid-shifts (as per the rota requirements).
We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence. We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.
