You’ll handle bookings, queries, and provide support to make every stay or visit memorable.

Where You’ll Be Working
The Royal Albion is an historic seafront hotel situated in the heart of Broadstairs, Kent. Dating back to 1760, the Shepherd Neame hotel has 20 elegant and spacious bedrooms and boasts a commanding position on the clifftop overlooking Viking Bay. Our guests can dine in our popular Ballard’s Coffee Lounge or our main bar and restaurant areas.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and guest enquiries accurately.
- Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold company standards.
- Support the reception team and contribute to a positive guest experience.
