Crane Supervisor Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all crane lifting operations on site
- Ensure lifts are carried out in accordance with lifting plans and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with crane operators, slingers, and site management
- Conduct pre-lift briefings and risk assessments
- Monitor site conditions to ensure safe lifting practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Maintain clear communication with all personnel involved in lifting activities
Requirements:
- Valid Crane Supervisor certification (e.g., CPCS / NPORS or equivalent)
- Previous experience supervising lifting operations
- Strong understanding of lifting plans, signals, and site safety procedures
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
What We Offer:
- Monday to Friday working schedule
- 40 weeks of work
- Paid breaks (2 x 15 minutes)
