Our receptionist reflects our Christian ethos to customers, clients and other service users. It is a very busy and demanding role which requires exceptional administrative skills alongside a calm, friendly manner with an always present smile. Successful candidate will have: Greet and welcome all visitors to the centre to ensure that their needs are met in a warm, friendly manner showing love and compassion to all.Answer and deal with all telephone enquiries to ensure that the caller’s needs are met and accurate messages are taken.Provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to assist with the smooth running of both the Church and Community Centre.Signpost visitors to programmes or other agencies where appropriate.Under the direction of your manager, produce posters and leaflets using various tools to promote our work.Be responsible for maintaining the reception area to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and minimise risk.Assist with compliance checks and maintain accurate records of this.In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.In the job profile you will find the criteria required for the role please make sure that you address this in your supporting statement as this forms the basis of our shortlisting.Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references and evidence of your Right to Work in the UK in line with Home Office requirements.As we are not a licensed sponsor, applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
