What you'll do:
- Supervise and support cleaning teams to deliver high standards across designated areas in line with client and company expectations.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks (daily, weekly and periodic) are completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health & safety policies, COSHH procedures and site rules.
- Monitor cleaning activities and ensure services are delivered in line with agreed scope of works and performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and management to build positive working relationships.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly, maintained safely and stored appropriately.
- Identify and report hazards, equipment faults, incidents or low stock levels promptly to management.
- Promote teamwork and support the development of a motivated, high-performing cleaning team
What you'll bring:
- Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning, facilities, or soft services environment
- Good knowledge of health & safety practices, including COSHH and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain high cleaning standards.
- A proactive and reliable approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.
- Flexibility to support operational needs, including occasional out-of-hours or weekend work when required.
