Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator. You will play a key role in supporting customers who rely on our clients specialist equipment used across the UK.
Job Role
- You will coordinate and organise the repair, servicing and upgrade of a wide range of technical products
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication between customers, couriers and internal teams, via calls, emails, texts and any other form of correspondence
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers requiring equipment servicing or repair
- Tracking, updating and maintaining customer equipment through the service/repair process
- Keeping accurate records across customer, manufacturing and accounting systems
- Operating standard office equipment and maintaining proper care of materials
- Developing product knowledge across all equipment and services
Requirements
The successful Customer Care Coordinator will ideally have experience in a Customer Service or Customer Care role or Administration and be able to demonstrate the following skills or experience:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Clear and effective written communication. with a friendly, confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility and willingness to support colleagues in a changing environment
- Enthusiasm, initiative and a desire to deliver excellent customer service
