Nursing Home Manager - £60,000 - £65,000



This well-presented, family-run nursing home supports older people with a range of needs including dementia and age-related conditions. The service has an experienced team and a clear focus on dignity, respect and consistent care standards. As Nursing Home Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining a calm, well-run home where residents receive reliable, thoughtful care and staff are supported.



Before You Apply



  • This role requires proven experience as a registered Nursing Home Manager.

  • Applicants must hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or Nursing qualification with a valid NMC Pin

  • A strong track record achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings is essential.

What You’ll Need



  • Level 5 Leadership for Health and Social Care or Nursing qualification with a valid NMC Pin

  • Proven experience as a registered Nursing Home Manager

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks

  • Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings

  • Experience managing nursing or residential care services for older people



What You’ll Do



  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursing home

  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards

  • Oversee staffing, rota management and workforce performance

  • Monitor care delivery, documentation and safeguarding practice

  • Manage budgets, occupancy levels and operational performance

  • Work with senior leadership to maintain safe and effective service delivery
