This role plays a key part in delivering accurate occupancy management, exceptional customer service and smooth coordination of workplace changes. You will work closely with the MAC lead, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent, efficient and high quality service delivery.
Job Description
As the MAC Coordinator, you will support the day to day Moves and Changes function across multiple office locations. You will maintain accurate floorplans, ensure the Manhattan occupancy management system is kept up to date and contribute to small project work when required.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage several tasks in a fast paced workplace environment. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, assist with reporting activities and help ensure all MAC and occupancy related processes are delivered within agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate office moves and changes (MAC) across multiple locations, ensuring requests are delivered on time and within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain and update floorplans and desk allocations using the Manhattan occupancy management system.
• Support occupancy planning and reporting, ensuring accurate records of space utilisation across the estate.
• Assist with small workplace projects and ad hoc CAD requests under guidance from the senior MAC team.
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of office moves and workspace changes.
• Monitor furniture stock and offsite storage, coordinating with external suppliers when required.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Experience in workplace, facilities, space planning, or moves & changes (MAC) coordination within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with occupancy or space management systems (e.g. Manhattan, Archibus, Condeco or similar).
• Basic knowledge of CAD or floorplan management is desirable.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and customer service skills, particularly in a corporate office environment.
• Ability to work with data and reporting, ensuring accuracy in occupancy records and workspace planning.
• Experience supporting office moves, workspace changes, or workplace projects would be beneficial.
