Salary: £32,885 to £41,106 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Location: Dartford, Kent, (agile working, offering flexibility between home and our Dartford office)

Are you a detail-driven data specialist who enjoys turning complex information into clear, reliable insights? Do you want to play a key role in delivering new homes and supporting our development and sales programme? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a Programme Data Officer to join our team and help ensure that our development and post‑sales data is accurate, compliant, and enabling effective decision-making across the business.

About the Role

As our Programme Data Officer, you’ll support the Programme Manager by collecting, analysing, and maintaining high‑quality data that underpins the delivery of our development and sales programmes. From entering key project information and calculating rents to maintaining our databases and preparing reports for internal stakeholders, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
