Join our dynamic Trauma & Orthopaedics team as a Plaster Technician and play a handson role in delivering highquality care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries. Working within our busy Trauma Outpatients Department, youll use your specialist plastering skills to apply, adjust and remove casts, support assessments, and help patients understand how to care for their immobilisation safely. Youll manage a delegated caseload, working under the guidance of a registered practitioner, and contribute to smooth clinic flow during highpressure trauma and elective activity. As part of the multidisciplinary team, youll communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues, ensuring care is safe, timely and personcentred. In this role, youll also support junior staff and learners, contribute to maintaining high clinical standards, and help keep our environment safe and wellorganised.
