Crynodeb
The post holder will act as a role model demonstrating compassionate inclusive leadership to support collaborative working in placement areas. You will be a key point of contact for students who may require support within their clinical placments. To monitor the effectiveness of placement area's ensuring a safe learning environment in line with the 10 Key principles of the Safer Learning Environment. Knowledge and skill to develop and deliver educational packages to meet the needs of both pre and post registration learners within the organisation is required. The role involves supporting both students/assessors and supervisors to ensure that SSSA standards are met and fostering a culture of continusous learning within the organisation.
