Role Description
The Sales Manager - Vehicle Refurbishment is a full-time role. You can work from home or at our offices based in Leicester, or with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment reporting directly to the Sales Director & Managing Director
The role entails overseeing sales operations, managing client accounts, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships at senior manager level , adding value to the company, identifying opportunities for growth, visiting dealerships and organising workloads to the technicians .
The Sales Manager is expected to monitor market trends and competitors to ensure 'Perfection' remains a leader in vehicle refurbishment.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve or exceed targets
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of the motor industry or vehicle refurbishment industry
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strategic planning capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferable
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and effectively collaborate with teams
• Proven track record of success in similar sales or management roles within the industry
