Post Title: Fleet and Facilities Assistant (one year fixed term with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £26,227.50 per annum from April 2026
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm

We are one of the first 15 organisations who the King selected for the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development. Our 2030 goal is to become a national urban resilience demonstrator.
The successful applicant will join our Operations team supporting the maintenance, health & safety and operations of our company’s fleet of vehicles and providing a good standard of maintenance and presentation on buildings and facilities across our site, contributing to a safe, functional and efficient work environment. To apply for this role you will have good DIY and organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. A full UK driving licence is essential, along with the ability to drive company vehicles.
